Special physical education is considered a challenging process concerned with the development of and mental health students disabilities. teachers face pressures from society, parents, schools, themselves, which can easily lead to burnout increase levels teacher attrition. In our paper, we explore significant effects role job stress (divided into ambiguity conflict, stressors responses, respectively), teaching efficacy general personal efficacy), satisfaction internal external satisfaction), social support objective subjective support) on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced accomplishment).
